Q1: What should we do if we want to develop a mould for new
products?
A1: Kindly send us CAD/UG/PROE/Solidworks drawings if you have, you
can tell us your idea as well, and our enginners will give you best
suggestion.
Q2: Can you make samples to us before making mould?
A2: Yes, samples can be made for you after you checked the desinger
drawings.
Q3: What's the warranty of your injection mould?
A3: Using standard LKM, DLX mold base, generally the warranty is
300,000-500,000 shots.
Q4: How many plastic injection machines do you have?
A4: There are 26 sets plastic injection machines, with a range of
90T, 138T, 200T, 260T, 320T, 400T, 488T and 1000T.
Q5: Can you provide OEM and ODM service?
A5: Yes, one stop service can be provided from mold designing, mold
building, products injection and finished products inspection,
assembling, packing and shipping as well....

Shanghai Xiaxin Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. was established in 2002.
Our company specialize in injection molding,plastic products,
assembling, screen printing,metal&aluminum process.
There are 150 employees in our company with capital assets of 15
million RMB. Our company covers an area of 12,000 square meters,
including 6,000 square meters of workshop.
At present,we have 8 advanced CNC, EDM,coordinate 3D measuring
machines and 25 50T-1000T injection molding machines.
We use CAD/CAM/CAE work system in developing and manufacturing
moulds.
Through cooperation with different customers in different cases, we
use different types of hot flow channel systems to manufacture
moulds. It makes us have plentiful experience in designing and
manufacturing DME & HUSKY moulds.
In order to guarantee product quality, we take"Quality First" as
our principle, carries out the management strictly according to
ISO9001:2008 standard and provides powerful safeguard for product
design, quality and production technology.
